4 stars for Medway as a company; had to take a star off as I was passed around and things slowed down a lot in the middle….however, 10 stars for Reeps Patel (promotion and pay rise due!) for really taking ownership and working hard to deliver on time. At first I had a solicitor from Medway law who wasn't very good at keeping me informed, however they changed me to Reeps and he was excellent and always kept me upto date
