Professional caring service

The practioner was really lovely, professional and explained the process in great detail. Parking outside was a bonus. The only thing was the price I paid half when booking but on closer inspection of my ear that had the problem I didn’t need the treatment but I was still asked to pay the balance even though I didnt have anything done.

Really great experience from booking to walking away with clean ears and feeling much better informed.

Sadly a disaster. Look at the records. Such a shame. After Clinic response: Disappointing response from Clinic, should have just admitted error. Their comments are INCORRECT. I never had treatment, (therefore did not cancel), they gave an appointment that did NOT EXIST.
