I wasn’t sure what to expect, but my experience with Grove Ear Clinic was great. Booking was easy and while it was tricky to find the clinic, the directions on the website were really clear when I stopped to read them! I was immediately put at ease by Lavandan and his colleague. He explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable. The process was completely painless, just a little strange feeling! Lavandan was lovely and professional throughout. I left immediately able to hear properly for the first time in weeks!! I had been using ear drops prior to the appointment which may have helped as I noticed some reviews mentioned not having a great experience because they hadn’t.
