Was sent an e mail reminder on the previous day and near appt time clicked on location link which took me to the wrong place. Found a phone number which was in Newbury and someone said they would sort it out.The clinic then rang me with directions. Found the place and have to agree the consulting rooms do look ok like someone doing business in a spare bedroom. However the young man performing the procedure ( not the person in the company ad) was super professional and approachable. He cleared one ear and had partial success with the other I think due to my inner ear being over hairy. Which I know. Also maybe I should have used olive oil for longer. But he did seem to try quite hard.

Yes it was amazing how Rachel cleaned my ear and made a slot for me , I had a microsuction and now I can hear very well . .

I was not able to locate the clinic, as it has no signs confirming where it is. The SAT nav took me to residential parking, which was apparently the correct one, as I found out later on. I have spoken with them over the phone advising I am not sure where the clinic is? At first I thought I am being scammed. They were very helpful and advised that someone will ring me back. However I have tried to walk around and managed to find it. It had a clinic name written on left side of the door, which is visible only if you are standing in front of it. Not sure how the other people can find it... The person who I saw was very professional and knowledgeable, so no issues with that. It is just the whole atmosphere. The clinic didn't really looked like a clinic. It more looked that someone just used their extra room in their flat to provide this service. I was a little worried and the whole entrance and the room looked spooky. Basically, not what you would do except!
