Cancelled my insurance, but they're still charging my card for 2 months now! I wrote them an email to cancel my insurance. They ignored it and charged my credit card. So I contacted them, but no, my cancellation was only valid when handwritten and confirmed by voice. So sent them a handwritten cancellation and confirmed it by phone. But a month later again they charge my credit card! Watch out for Freeway insurance! So of course now they will post their standard riddle below my review, meaning they will NOT do anything to solve this.
