Buen trato y paciencia

This insurance company is the worst in customer service that I have ever had, on the second month of payment they were increasing me 20usd, on the fourth month they are increasing me 100usd for no valid reason, all the times I have contacted different branches, only They ask what you need and after they hang up, or on other occasions they don't even answer, they just cut off your call, and the treatment directly at the branch is also unfriendly, the worst service.
