The blood samples did not arrive at the laboratory until day+2, by which time some of the tests were not able to be performed. Therefore needed to return to the clinic to give blood samples a second time. Customer services were very poor: no apology, no contact. We had to contact them. The nurse at the clinic was fantastic.

I had my appointment at Canary Wharf, and overall it was an amazing experience. I was seen by a very nice Nurse/phlebotomist "Karla" who was friendly and very professional. Communication was excellent as was the service, the results came back within 24hours. I have subscribed to onedaytest and I am looking forward to be using them from now on.

Easy to access and very professional

Communication was excellent as was the service. A home test kit was received the day after ordering. This included instructions detailing how to take a blood sample and post it, both were clear and precise. The day after I posted my sample I received notification that it had been received and later that same day results were received. Again these were clear and precise.

I did a walk-in to get a long list of bloods done quickly. The phlebotomist was charming and caused no discomfort. The results came very quickly and really this service could not have been better. I would really recommend.
