Easy to get an appointment in Exeter, had to change it, no charge, easy smooth process. Results came quickly, some next day, all within a week. Clear information. Just trying to decide whether to pay for a consultation or take it to my own GP but there is an awful lot of information to ask him to trawl through.

I did a drop in visit which worked better for me. I was seen very quickly despite not having booked a specific time. The person who did the blood test was friendly and efficient and explained the system carefully. Amazingly she took several vials of blood at the first attempt and it is very, very hard to get blood from me. Totally fantastic and no bruising at all. Unbelievable. Excellent experience. The results were very quick to come through in e mails for me which was pleasing. I did encounter difficulty getting on to my dashboard and I don't really know whether it was something wrong with the system or just me. Anyway I left it for a day before trying again and was then able to access it. I had thought there would be quite a lot of interesting things to read on the dashboard but there wasn't really.

Easy to set up last minute, fast service, good communication.

I was pleased with my 'Essential All Systems' test as 1 all my concerns were satisfied before the actual test. 2 the lady was really welcoming, professional and friendly. 3 the results gave me a detailed explanation via multiple documents. Worth the money so I would highly recommend 'OneDayTests'

Very straight forward process. The take-home kit didn't work well for me, I pricked every finger and only filled one sample pod out of three before running out of lancets. There was a clinic nearby and it was easy to make a booking to get blood taken there instead. Simple painless process and quick results (same day!).
