I was sceptical about spending so much money but I am so glad I did! From the moment I ordered the test the service has been outstanding. It arrived promptly in the post, the instructions were very clear and easy to follow, posting it back was easy. Within 24 hours of posting it back I had my first results through - I was flabbergasted! It was so fast!! The results continued to be sent to me over the following 48 hours painting a really good picture of my health. Unfortunately, I made an error with one of the collection tubes and they couldn’t use it. They have sent me a new tube and will re-run the tests free of charge for me. It arrived the day after my results came through. I am SO blown away by this company and will definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommend.

Ordered a home it which when it arrive 2 of the 4 needles you need to use were broken, I tried to use the other 2 needles but it was impossible to draw enough blood. After contacting customer services I was advised to go to one of there centre so they can draw the blood at an additional cost after this appointment I then received an email saying that an incorrect test tube was used and I had to go back for another appointment where eventually I got my results. After the amount of time I waised trying to do this test I would recommend going somewhere that knows what they’re doing.

Woo! So happy with this service - such a fast turnaround and I discovered I was anaemic! Thoroughly recommended if you need a blood test in a hurry!

Incredibly bad service, avoid using them. I specified the test before I booked and when I arrived they couldn’t do it! But they charged me anyways! My recommendation, use any other place for your external blood draw…. It is not true that they told me what they could not do. I informed them of the specific test that I needed and it is a very common test. What should have happened is that you tell me what you cannot do or that you cannot do elements of the test to ensure I can make an informed decision not to book you... Your service is very inaccurate and it was a complete waste of my time and also money as you did not refund me when you knew you couldn‘t do the test! Please refrain from posting wrong information here to confuse people searching for a good service! And there was no refund either which should have happened!

The person who administered the test was very nice and helpful in discussion. And the test result came through very quickly, next day. But I was left completely unclear as to what the results actually represented. There is no qualified practitioner available to interpret the results for you. I now have to try and get an appointment to speak to my GP, if they can be any help.

Was a bit skeptical using a finger prick blood test, but it was actually really good - ordered the testosterone test. The first finger I did, I don’t think I did it in the correct place and didn’t bleed as much and didn’t fill up the vial. I swapped hands and did the other finger but further down on the fleshy part and got a whole vial and could have done more. Was easy to send off and was tracked via Royal Mail, and was then easy to follow the process via the account page once it arrived at the lab to see at what stage my sample was at. Results came through quickly via an email. Really happy with service and will use again if I need any other blood tests done
