Very quick and efficient. Results were very fast. Only thing missing was a summary of all the results in a single email or pdf. I went for the all in package and some test results came through separately.

Easy to make / change appointment. Lady taking blood very pleasant and put me at ease. Results received in quick time - detailed report emailed to me.

My tests arrived promptly - I ordered late on a Saturday afternoon and they were with me on Tuesday. I carried out and posted the tests on Wednesday. The worst bit was the 4 sore fingers required to fill 3 vials :-)! The majority of results were with me on Thursday evening and I received the HB1ac result on the Friday which was earlier than expected. I found the explanation of the results clear.

Sent lots of requests to find out my result - I finally got a reply after leaving my one star review here. I waited 2 weeks to be told it had been lost in transit and never made the lab. I was then offered a repeat test free of charge or a refund.

Such an easy & fast route to get blood test. Really useful service.
