I had an amazing experience when I had my blood test. The lady who did my blood test in Canary Wharf was amazing. She was wonderful. I can’t remember her name I’m sorry. My appointment is at 8am. She was so nervous and she made me so comfortable. Thank you. I highly recommend this company.

Test received quickly, clear instructions and the finger prick method was very straight forward. Great communication with results emailed back on the same day the samples arrived at the lab. Super impressed and would highly recommend!

I went to do my test and I was told by the nurse that's they were UKAS/ISO accredited lab and I very been told you are not. As a consequence I am supposed to redo this in another lab costing me another £200... can you investigate this ?

The customer service was excellent. Booking an appointment was straightforward and I was shown in for my blood test as soon as I arrived. Dominika at the Hove clinic was friendly, very efficient and explained the procedure clearly. The results came through promptly and were easy to understand. I won't hesitate to use this company again.

The taking of the blood samples was very quick. Also the results arrived the same evening which was great. Only giving 4 stars as I had to wait quite a while in reception area, even though I arrived in time for my test. Otherwise it all went as promised.
