I ordered 2 puncture proof tyres for my mobility scooter. ordering by phone was so easy and the guy on the phone was helpful and pleasant. I ordered Monday and they were delivered Wednesday. I would definitely recommend and will use again

02 customer services is very bad πŸ‘Ž πŸ˜‘ thay been cutting/ ending my calls 100 times today I been calling from 8:30am now is time 19:10 thay stil not help me out at all keep transfer my calls 😒 😞 I can not use my 02 sim I have pay my bill 😒 stil block sim thay a just sick mf 😒 customer service not help full at all don't understand customers have to wast thay time when thay sitting on call buy not getting pay but 02 staff is sooooo useless 😒 😞 πŸ˜” πŸ˜• πŸ˜‘ fk getting pay not doing thay job's properly 😒 just kf enough customer and getting pay I can not call from my 02 sim since 8:30 am now time is 19:15 still ongoing problems keep cutting my call not doing any thing's fk sick off it just wast time do not get any contract with 02.co.uk thankyou

I spoke to Gary and had the best help from a mobility company I could have wished for! having explained how I had tried countless seat covers for my mobility scooter from other companies that didn't fit, I'd placed an order with Lifelight and although my payment didn't go through, he still sent it to me, in good faith , to see if it fitted and then pay for it.... I have had my faith in mankind restored!... how incredibly kind and trusting of him to help me out when I had not even made my payment for it shows what a wonderfully trustworthy person he is, and I cannot thank him enough..I have paid for my seat cover now by phone to him and the seat cover is excellent! Just what I needed! Thank you , Gary, you have deservedly earned yourself a customer for life now, and I am blown away by the extra mile you went, to help me out...Talk about 1st class customer service!!...Just Fabulous!!! Thanks again.xx

Gary is brilliant. I'd highly recommend him. He offered me a great rate on a trade in and knew exactly what scooter fitted my need. I'm loving my scooter and it's all down to this lovely man.
