Always its a good experience with Rococo

I've has Rococo Chocolates before, but this was the first time I placed an order online. Great customer experience. Package dispatched in a timely manner and the confectionery arrived the next day in perfect condition. If you can nab a bargain then even better. The Rose Milk Bar and the Marc de Champagne truffles are favourites!

I made an order on 16/10 and paid for next day delivery. I am still yet to receive my order. I’ve been in contact with customer service but no resolution in sight. Update: the order arrived, 15 days after expected, but Rococo fulfilled a refund and take the customer service v seriously.

Always presented exquisitely. Delicious flavours. Great value. Make excellent gifts if you can part with them.

Not a great experience. My order arrived damaged and I still can't get a response via phone email, Facebook.

You forgot to include part of my order initially and also did not enclose the free gift. However when I emailed you you dealt with it promptly and I received what had been missing very quickly
