Salted caramel truffles were the best I've ever had.

I have ordered twice from Rococo, Nov 2022 and they did not arrive, so I cancelled them in Jan 2023. And 19th October 2023, ordered chocolates that had just been discounted, thought great until they arrived with 10 days left on them, when I complained they pointed out that the date is on the bottom of the page, so easily missed. I assumed that they would have a reduced date but 10 days is taking the Michael. Not what you expect from such an expensive brand if chocolates. (PS: They were not the fresh ones)

The chocolate is delicious and I would highly recommend it. However, if you ever need help from this company don't expect to receive it. My order came in two parcels, about three weeks apart. I was not aware this would be the case and when I emailed the customer services I heard nothing back.

I orderd 'Mini Marc de Champagne Truffles' but I received 'Mini Salted Caramel Truffles' Then I sent e-mail for company and waiting for reply now.

The order was late being delivered, it arrived with two items instead of three. The third has arrived after having reported its absence. All were intended as gifts and missed the dates when they were required. Disappointing.
