Swift delivery. Well packaged. Clearly attempting not to use plastic (although inner wrapper is still plastic - could foil be used instead?). Delicious product.

Terrrible service - ordered chocolates for a friends birthday which took over two weeks to arrive!!! Dispite several emails and a call to complain nothing seemed to happen. I won’t be ordering again.

We love Rococo Chocolates, and they were the perfect gift to send to our Grandson as a get well after an operation. I chose a gift box and lovely goodies to fill it. The box arrived beautifully gift wrapped with a message from us, and even though one item had been separated, the team at Rococo were brilliant in rectifying this. So thank you to Chantal and her team. Looking forward to the festive goodies!

Don’t buy it if you are out of UK. There might be extra charges hidden and the attention provided my the customer service is unreliable.

They really did offer a personal experience and the chocolates are probably the best in London.
