My order took much longer to arrive…
My order took much longer to arrive than indicated initially. You accepted the order and took payment straight away. Then both you and dpd said there were delays but I could not get any further info from you or them on line or by phone. Eventually phoned 2 of your shops in London. Lorraine at the Marylebone shop who was very kind and suggested I called Sophia at Kings Road. Sophia was able to sort out the trail and the chocolates arrived today. I am grateful to each of the ladies who helped as the gift was becoming time sensitive. It is for an Austrian chocolatier who is a friend and worked with me some years ago and trained my staff. This weekend is his 90th birthday. I am a huge fan of Chantal Coady so only Rococo Chocolates would fit the bill! A stressful experience but a happy ending.

Zero communication and massive delivery issues
Urgent resolution required! I ordered 2 boxes of chocolates for the person who is flying out of the UK on 13-September and explicitly paid for express delivery option - this was on 7-September. As of 12-September the order is still not delivered. I contacted Rococo customer support on 11-September over email (as this is not helpfully the only way to reach out to them - which is not very customer-friendly given time pressure), however still no response. Rococo team has no understanding of what express delivery service is and provides absolutely no communication in response to my urgent request for the status update. Among others I paid money for speed of delivery, the whole purpose of it is to not mess up people’s plans, however Rococo team is not able to account for this. Also customer service team has only email address to reach out to - why so? Why there are no phone numbers for customer support? What is the reason for no immediate reaction? What is the compensation for the waste of time and money?
