I sent an email to to the 'Contact us' page on your website last week sometime (Sorry, I cannot remember the exact day) to review the 'Panjandrum Bird Eggs ' which I ordered for Easter. I tried to be as polite and lighthearted as possible and fair (I included compliments about the product in question) Basically, at least half to three quarters of the Eggs did not contain the Ganache as advertised ! I have not heard a word from the Company. Very poor and extremely disappointing.

My order has been handled exceptionally badly, delays in shipping process lack of updates during process and only half the order has been delivered. I've sent emails for last 2 weeks with no response. My shipment was split into 2 orders according to a note inside the parcel however Royal mail only provided a single tracking number and now is registered as delivered. My original order was on 19th March to be in time for Easter. I received internal mail saying the order wasn't actually sent until 6th April which only resulted as I started chasing on 31st March. Throughout the entire process the contact has refused my constant requests to contact Royal Mail for an update, this is something I cannot do. Still missing the 2 Easter eggs I ordered a month before Easter. Should have read the reviews this seems a recurring failure.

Initially the easter egg I purchased was not sent out due to a system glitch. However the customer service was fantastic and I was refunder my money without question. Rococco even sent me some free chocolate to apologise which are delicious. Would happily buy again!

I’m happy enough with products and delivery but not with the customer service. I had entered the code for 10% discount for my first order but forgot to press the ‘apply’ button before I submitted the order. I emailed immediately, using the contact form on the site to ask if I could get the 10% credited but didn’t even get a reply.

Expensive but well worth it. The fruit and white choc combination was magical.
