At first, my order was hopeless. It was a gift for Father's Day, ordered in good time, but it didn't turn up. When I emailed customer services asking what had happened to it, I got an automated response, followed by ...... nothing. I sent a further email which was ignored. Then I finally obtained a phone number after searching the Internet (none given on website). The man who answered apologized and said everything would be sorted out promptly, and it was. I received an email that afternoon offering apologies, an explanation (technical issues with online orders), a refund, a replacement order and a small box of chocolates. My Dad loved his late Father's Day present, and we all enjoyed the chocolates!
