Broken on arrival. Today 9th June subsequent to mt review above I am really impressed as Maya picked up my disappointment and resent my order which arrived in perfect order today. Well done Roccoco. This is an example of a good company. Something went wrong and they put it right without me asking. Thank you.

I ordered my wife some chocolates for Easter and paid for the 24 hour postage, although the money was taken the same day I never received the chocolates. I went on the Rocco web site and wrote to them, I got no response I found a telephone number and after several attempts managed to speak to someone. I never received the chocolates but have now been refunded some weeks later, my wife and I have been customers at there Chelsea branch for years it was a bit disopointing.

I absolutely love the clutch of pralines so had to order two! Free and swift delivery was a bonus.

This was a very disappointing experience. I arranged for chocolates to be sent to friends for Easter and had an email confirmation from you on 12th April that the order was being dealt with. I contacted you after Easter when the order still hadn't arrived. Maya in your customer service dept came back to me to say that for some reason there was a problem with my address which was why the order had not been sent. She said that the order had been sorted manually and would be arriving soon with some extra chocolates to make up for the inconvenience. I received an email from you saying that the order had been dispatched to my friends' address. 3 days later the order was delivered to me and not to my friends (with no extra chocolates). So I have paid £25 for chocolates that I didn't want and despite me contacting Maya again and being told that she was going to sort for the order to definitely be delivered to my friends, it still has not arrived nearly a month after it was ordered and paid for. I will not use Rococo again for anything and will certainly not be recommending you based on this appalling example.
