Smooth and silky

Smooth and silky, this is how I depict the taste of these chocolates, even the coffee one’s taste good. In regards to delivery I was given a tracking number several days before and the customer service agents are polite and knowledgeable. If you want luxury then this should be your first choice.

Packaging for the delivery to the U.S

Packaging for the delivery to the U.S. is not adequate to the task, and my order was largely damaged. When I contacted customer service, I received a kind and prompt response that US Customs opens and haphazardly reboxes shipments. However, it seemed obvious to me that the boxes being used and the type of packing tape themselves were fairly flimsy, and there was no bubble wrap when I received the box. Perhaps Customs removed the bubble wrap, but why would they? Regardless, paying to have items shipped overseas is not inexpensive, and if there isn't a foolproof way to ensure that the goods aren't damaged, it seems problematic. This is the second time this has happened to me; I likely won't be ordering again unless there's a resolution. Some sort of recompense for my losses would have been appreciated and seems only fair (I documented the damaged and the packaging and sent all to Rococo).

Tasteless Overpriced Nougat

It appears Rococo Chocolates don't post their product reviews on the website as I posted a review, had a confirmation email, but it hasn't been published. I was gifted a Italian Fruity nougat which was completely tasteless and bland, not to mention the most measly slice I have ever seen at the most expensive price I have ever seen. I appreciate the weight is listed on the product page, but it's always hard to gauge the actual size this will be. I can say it was very very small. I feel ashamed to have received this knowing the price of it and how much I actually got. The product was poorly packaged and on receipt was squashed which make it look even smaller. I know couriers handle things badly, but an adequate box does its job. This is my first, and unfortunately last experience of Rococo. I'm a big fan of nougat but this is by far the worst one I have ever tasted and the most expensive. I wouldn't have felt so ripped off if it tasted amazing but it is far from it. Disappointing to say the least.
