The most disgusting broker in Africa! In a low volume time, I tried entering a trade on my MT5, to which they said I don't have enough funds. Subsequently I entered the same trade, at the same price point, with the same amount of capital I had on Mt5 on my Mt4 and it opened the trade. Hardly a minute later. Thereafter about 30 minutes later I tried opening up a trade on my mt5 with the same amount and lot size as I had when they said I don't have enough money. Guess what, now it opened. When I emailed them to them, they're asking me to send evidence. Just crooks

Do not use MT4 there is an off quotes error when you're trying to set your stop loss, imagine trading without a SL i'm so disappointed vault market

This broker deserves negative 1 review I used pending orders to trade GBPCAD my buy stop was on 1.73267 my sell stop was on 1.73000 the pair went up they put price on 1.73424 when I check the one minute time frame the candle stick didn't do a whick or whipsaw it didn't even reach 1.73390 and yet price is shifted 160 points away from where I set the price . Can someone please explain how ?

Vault market is the worst broker out thr they r scammers u can't close a winning trade ur tp never gets hit on there website they 1pip spread but if u open a trade it's never on the price u entered its like they have a invisible spread on a spread please stay away from this scammers they not worth ur time and money thr staff is not very helpful the sad part is this mentors still recommending this scam broker but they not even using them 2 trade with vault must fall if I could rate them zero stars I would

Absolutely horrible experience. And it’s not the first time. What led me to writing a review this time around is because I deposited funds into my acc, and hour later the funds have still not appear. They kept telling me they need statements in order to approve the transaction. I then present them with a statement and now they ghosted me, with not update response. Yet, when I didn’t present them with the statement yet, they were Very quick to respond. Wouldn’t recommend them at all.

Vault markets does not close your orders when it hits your Take Profit. I suggest people to stop using this broker … It usually Close your trades when it hits your stop loss only

I had a trade open from Friday and when I went to go check...my trade was closed showing me I was stopped out. While price never even went near my stop loss, but actually hit my TP and closed in -35. I think honestly I've been robbed and manipulated. The baddest experience with a broker. I'm changing to a new one.

Scam! I deposited Money and it disappeared after a few minute while my documents where verifying.

I did open a trade yesterday when I wake in the morning I saw that the trade took me out, when I clearly look at the trade I now saw that the price did not hit my sl. I asked them and when they respond they say that the price did trigger my stop loss order, I start to ask my self that are this people who monitors our accounts know how the market works because I did show them the screen short of what happened, they are respond was just poor
