I can't withdraw my funds and they was an issue with me using 3rd party banking details as I wasn't aware,this was last month already ,so they wasn't any funds to reverse anymore it's the 3rd party account as I trade and lost all that money,now I started from scratch and using my banking details to transfer money into the vaults account but I still get told of the story of 3rd party details,I have been waiting for the cancellation department to refund my funds and I will look for other brokers

I can’t explain the horrific feeling i get from this broker on news events(fundementals) they will close my orders 2seconds after the release date eg 04:01:02 yet the trade is going in my direction

Today is day 7 since they have been saying they paid me out but when I ask for a proof of payment they sing another tune….If you want peace rather not invest with them look for reputable brokers because there my friend they scam. I've loaded R200 Yesterday into my trading account. Made R35. In total i had R235 the last time i checked. Try placing an order this morning and says insufficient funds. I whatsapp them and got a response that i blew my account. They cant even see the R35 i made yesterday. Imagine you dealing with millions. Scarry. I'm done with them.
