Absolutely thrilled to receive my lehenga today. Your whole team have been fabulous in making sure I get my outfit in time. The latkans are so so beautiful very expensive quality. This would of cost me £1000’s in an actual store compared to your online store.

Luckily I found this store via Instagram and was in a bit of rush to order an outfit for a wedding in 3 weeks. The customer service team was a great help in making sure I received my order in in time before my event. It took about 12 days to receive my stitched order and honestly the dress I ordered is so beautiful. I have a couple more events coming up so will definitely be ordering for those as well.

Your order will probably be out of stock
In the past week I have made two orders. For the first order, I emailed immediately afterwards because I had noticed an error in my measurements. I received no reply so 2 days later I emailed again to check whether they had received my request. I had an email response to let me know that the order was cancelled due to the product being out of stock. There was no apology for the inconvenience, however I thought I would give the benefit of the doubt. I made another order later that day for a different product. I received confirmation that the order had been received and was being processed. 3 days passed and the money had not left my account so I sent another email to enquire what was happening. The response said ‘it can take 2-4 days max for your bank to release that payment back’. I replied saying I don’t want the payment back, I want the product. I had a reply saying that the system ‘voided the payment’ due to the ‘older designs’ being out of stock. Unfortunately, no one had bothered to let me know until I chased my order so presumably, I would have still been waiting for my product in 5 week’s time leaving me with no time to find an alternative product for my event. Additionally, no one bothered to apologise for the inconvenience (which I had experienced twice). My advice is, don’t bother with this company and take your custom elsewhere, if you want quality customer service and/or actually want your order to arrive. UPDATE - Omsara have changed their response to me 4 times to make it look like I am lying and not giving an accurate representation of my experience - they have also asked trustpilot to withdraw the review stating that I have reviewed the wrong domain. I don’t wish to engage in the back and forth discussions on a platform on which the public cannot see the thread. Unfortunately their response is full of information which is factually incorrect (they did not send cancellation notifications, they didn’t reply to all my emails within hours, my payment wasn’t declined due to my card and I received no apology until I asked for one) but it is very difficult to prove without being able to share screenshots of my experiences. Take from that what you will, but my recommendation remains to take your business elsewhere.

Really amazing customer service!! Very fast response on Instagram and email chat. Beautiful outfits just as shown on model tailor done a great job on the fitting.
Really good customer service
Really good customer service, especially from Sameer and Cameron. Both were always communicative and answered my queries. The dress wasn't dispatched on the date published online however I still received the outfit on time and Sameer and Cameron were extremely good at keeping me in the loop with what was happening. Thank you both for making this process easier and less stressful.

I shopped here recently during lockdown and received excellent customer service. My dress is beautiful too. A special thanks to Sameer and Alina for all the help and responding to me numerous email (lol) I was very nervous as it was first time order and the dress was got my wedding.

Excellent customer service! Had a chat with their team Sheena via Instagram chat who wasted no time in dealing with my query with some alterations. I have just placed my second order with omsara now after receiving my beautiful lehenga which I’m ever so pleased with 😃.
