When I placed an order for the fist…

When I placed an order for the fist time there was a misunderstanding with the delivery details and I was a bit upset as I did not receive the saree I wanted to wear for my daughter's wedding. So I got my order much later and was very very happy with the product as it looked exactly the same as in the picture in Omsara's website. I would highly recommend Omsara and would advise customers to double check the delivery dates etc prior to placing an order.

Love the quality

I placed my order a few days ago and received it within 2 days despite it having a future dispatch date listed for it. The customer service team lady (Diya) was great to talk to as I had some concerns with the design she was very helpful and responsive.

I had a very childish and defensive…

I had a very childish and defensive customer service experience here, multiple phone calls and emails were made to me to change my review. I don’t think I would care about the lengha if it weren’t for the annoying customer service, it makes customers very upset. Additionally, I don’t know why but the lengha feels like paper! It just did not look like a quality piece that was worth 300. When I asked to return the item, it goes through different customer service “representatives” that keep asking you to email someone else. I still haven’t gotten directions about how to return. Note: Like other reviewers, This woman is contacting me 2 years after my review was posted to remind me of my bad experience and pretending that she needs my order number to make me feel even worse about the refund she never responded to. STOP CONTACTING US. Btw, does OmSara want to buy back the crusty never worn lengha? Contact me then.

Disgusting service Will never order from this website again I have ordered a suit which from this day has not come in The event has come and gone I have recieved no emails no alerts for a month after a month they email me requesting my measurements after I selected the tailor option including all my details Terrible service, this will be escalated As I paid a lot of money for the item That I have not received and no longer need.

AWFUL GARMENT, WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE

This is the worst company I’ve ever experienced. I ordered a garment with fitting online, but the item I received was a cheap knock off version of the online image. It was pink instead of white, the chunni didn’t match at all, there was no embroidery on the back of the dress and the bodice was a different colour to the skirt! I contacted ‘customer services’ and I was met with a bunch of defensive excuses. They actually stated that their garments can appear different online due to manipulation of lighting and model pose! I explained, as agreed with by trading standards, that as the online image did not truely match the actual item they were in breach of the Customer Rights Act. As such, I should be entitled to a full refund as any policies regarding refusal of refund due to customisation are void due to an incorrect portrayal of the item. The customer service team were awful to deal with throughout... if you disagree with their opinions they would get very passive aggressive and defensive. This is evident in some of their responses to negative reviews on here. I did eventually get a partial refund but am £50 out of pocket. Please be warned. If you shop here you could lose a lot of money and time! *UPDATE* Nearly a year after my original review Omsara are asking for my order number?? I am getting continual emails for an order number even though on 2 occasions I have responded that I no longer wish to communicate or shop with them again! I believe they are trying to have my review removed. My order has been authenticated by trustpilot and there is nothing left to resolve... you have pocketed my money and I have no garment to show for it and as such you have lost a customer in me. You should have shown this much concern whilst I was a customer! Please stop emailing now... I have no wish to further correspond with yourselves.
