There was no option to purchase accessible tickets/companion tickets. This limited purchase options and discriminated against those who required such tickets. This option should be available at all times

It was easy to book, great price and confirmation came through straight away.

At 10am, tickets went on sale and almost immediately disappeared, leaving only groups of 3 seats when I was looking for 2 and the program doesn't permit eacing a single seat. Having purchased less advantageous seats, the majority of seats reappeared in rhe seating plan. Not helpful.

Tickets opened at 10am, got them fine, little did I know if I went on itison instead I’d have got them £20+ cheaper x 3 so I’m out £60 -£70 extra by booking on the official site, booking fees and processing fee. nice wee earner for this organisation.

I tried to take the option of alternative ways to receive my tickets, preferably by post or email but it appeared the only option was via an app that I have to download on a smart phone, I am not entirely comfortable doing this. Update, Eventim have now offered to issue a ticket on the day for me to collect, so thank you very much
