So far so good glad you still do hard copy tickets as these are a gift , couldn’t do it with e tickets 87 year old parents wouldn’t have a clue

I purchased tickets with good faith and realised the show was not in English. I feel I should have had a 24 hour cooling period. I realise the tickets were non refundable but goodwill refund after speaking to the promoters was not a big ask. The show did say an Arabic night but I assumed it was Arabic themed. A genuine misunderstanding but disappointed.

Been twice to the Apollo in last 2 months. Both great gigs. Got tickets to another one next year already with no problem. Not giving 5 stars as I tried to sell a ticket as I couldn't make the Anthrax gig. It was a front row balcony seat which should have easily sold but did not even show up on the seating plan.

I’m really disappointed that front stall tickets weren’t available on the site, despite logging on at 10am. I assumed they had sold out and booked circle tickets. I wasn’t very happy to see that Ticketmaster were selling these instead. It makes no sense considering I was booking through the actual venue. Very disappointed.

Ease of booking, clear signage for seat bands, quick to complete.

It took me all morning to finally get into the system to be able to book. When I did, I was shocked to find that booking fees were almost £20 for 2 tickets, plus an additional £1.50 fee to print my own tickets at home.

Extremely hard to speak to someone over the phone.
