it was quite difficult forus to choodse the seats

very easy to register and use to purchase . only hitch is you are supposed to have a smart phone to be able to get the tickets for the show, not everyone has a smart phone. we shall work it out nearer the time .... but have since found out that Eventim can help if we pop them an email nearer the time of of the concert. Great customer service, someone actually taking note. Thanks!

I haven't received my tickets yet, so can't comment further. I would like paper tickets if possible

Easy to follow

The process works ok but the handling fee was high and then other fees added at the checkout means that overall nearly 20% in fees on top of the ticket value. Its excessive!

Straight from the artists tour webpage to the Eventim Ticket site, easy to find choice of availability, quantity and price. Enough time given to select and pay. Once purchase confirmed only a short time before E-Ticket arrived by email.

So easy and quick

Unwieldy experience. App annoying. Just wanted a pdf to print out in case of poor mobile coverage. Impossible to print. So stood in gail force winds messing about with a phone app to get into the Velodrome.

Extra charges in addition to cost of ticket added on at the end -- just list the full price so I know what I'm going to be paying for! They force you to download an app in order to access ticket. Send a PDF! Ridiculous.
