No option to transfer tickets, had to leave the concert and wait outside to let friends in

Quite easy to use but would be nice if you could put your tickets into Google wallet instead of having to download them as a pdf

Between the service fee, the processing fee, and the delivery and transaction costs, I gave up on purchasing the ticket. How is this legal?! They're trying to force me to download their app to get the ticket AND they're charging me for the extra work. I'm disgusted and would rather pay more for a ticket elsewhere where they just flat out give me the end price without all this bull. Also, user experience-wise, they give you the option to connect with Facebook, but that doesn't even work. Every time I go to a new country, I have to make a new account for the same service provider.

Excellent ,easy experience in obtaining these tickets directly from venue. Will use their site again in future instead of agencies.

Had a brilliant time at the Eventim Apollo. The queuing was well organised, the reading of QR code was efficient and the attendants inside the venue were approachable, helpful and efficient. Overall a great evening, it also help that I really liked the singer.

I bought a ticket for the yonks show in Poole lighthouse.

Event cancelled and full refund not provided. Disgraceful - why should I be out of pocket

My ticket order crashed before Being completed - no email confirmation sent to me so son purchased tickets instead. Sent email immediately notifying of the issue and providing alternative order number as requested - no reply since but still took my money and still no email confirmation the order! I want my money back!
