I feel like the hidden ticket costs weren’t clear before purchasing and are at a very high rate, especially in comparison to other competitive companies in the industry.

Easy experience from start to finish

Trying to buy tivkets on the Taskmaster site. Tried 10 times ..no luck just said 'oops' Email Eventim customer services, got a very quick respons, and after a couple of emails had everything sorted and tickets in my inbox. Fabulous service Anish. Thank you LB

I booked a day ticket, for a festival… but a couple of days later, the lineup changed and the band I wanted to see, would now be appearing on a different night. I was a bit panicked as I could not afford to do more than one night. I contacted Eventim, who responded immediately!!! Quite a rarity from any ticket vendor. They agreed to refund my original ticket, so I was able to book for a different day. Excellent service and immediate responses to all my emails. I’m very grateful.

Bad experience. I had problems in the purchase process with American bank xpress. The transaction did not go through initially. Hence I bought tickets with another credit card. Only few days later I have found out that the charge of 73 60 pounds has been made by Amex. So that am no longer interested in the tickets
