The additional fees added to ticket prices are ridiculous and extortionate. After the ‘booking fee’ we were also charged a ‘delivery’ fee for our tickets to be sent out… by email! Not even physical tickets. Surely this is an automated process which really should not incur an additional charge. We paid £20 in fees on top of the price of 2 tickets - it is an utter disgrace.

Fairly clear and straightforward to use. Chose the best available ticket option and it seemed to select a good one.

Despite the musicians and crowd being as wonderful as we could have hoped for, the venue was extremely overcrowded from stage to the doors. The sloping venue should have helped but unfortunately the lack of space meant that we were crammed tightly together and being small I only had fleeting views. My husband had to leave half way through because of the lack of space and could barely get out. Staff were unnecessarily rude.

I had to got in touch with Eventim Uk's Customer Service to do some changes in my booking. This was, with no doubts: The best customer service I've ever had, by far! Amazingly done in practically minutes! Billie and David attended to my emails super quick and, as I mentioned before, in few minutes everything was sorted and done. Their kindness and patience were above and beyond. And the most highlight to mark is how quick everything was sorted. I have no words...Amazing! Thank you so much!

I booked ticket to see come dancing. It was so quick and easy and I also picked my seats for the show. I had a reply back within a couple of minutes confirming my order.

All standing ....wasn't clear ....I can't stand

All good apart from turning the lights off before everyone is sitting down. Basically not enough time was allowed between the warning announcement and getting to your seat. Need hand rail on steps down to seats in the auditorium so people can move with confidence and feel safe.
