The event changed completely - NO REFUND?!
I spent £250 on two tickets for Cage Warriors 178, purely to support my friend who was fighting there. I don't follow CW otherwise. They removed him from the event to another date. I was told the ticket is for the event not the fight (which was the MAIN FIGHT). I would have used the refund at a later date, but instead, they have lost a customer. I actually made a new account for this, they'd have seen my previous one had 5 events the past year summing almost 3 thousand in total. They don't even answer customer service calls either. Pure scam. If they actually cared about a loyal customer they wouldn't be mentioning "SMALL PRINT" literally their words - to steal money from me. I'm also following up with my connections to ITV to highlight this shady practise as I'm sure it's not the first time someone has just had money taken out of their pockets for something they never signed up for. Avoid like the plague. ***CHECK THEIR COMMENT!!*** They are literally standing firm on a technicality that is not explained anywhere visible - this is like a band being replaced and expected to pay the same full premium! If this company had any sort of common sense, they'd refund to credit at the very least so the correct one could be attended and future ones bought. I see this type of behaviour as exploitative and I will be following it up as I've said. Don't be fooled by any kind of "professionalism" seen by them, they employ work from home Customer Service agents who have no interest in professionalism on the phone. In fact, most of the time they hang up on you.

They cancelled event no refund
19 days ago received an email from Eventim to confirm my 3 tickets for Harry’s House Of Gospel in HMV Empire were cancelled with no explanation why, and if a refund was due it would take up to 14 days. On googling the event, it appears that the show was cancelled, so I’ve patiently waited for my refund. 5 days ago I contacted Eventim through their online contact form as 14 days had passed with no refund (email address was a no reply email). They have not responded. That’s very poor service to keep customers so ill informed. Not impressed whatsoever. I’ll be taking things further if I have not had my refund by the end of this week.

Not impressed with the fact that I was charged a booking fee, and then a processing fee and then on top of that a delivery/transaction fee ( aren't these all the same thing) for a ticket which was e mailed. So basically £5 added on.

Inflated transaction fees
I think the fees that you charge are disproportionately expensive. Charging fees per ticket rather than transaction is usurious. A fulfilment fee per ticket is ridiculous coupled with a fee for delivery of digital tickets is also questionable. Fees account for over 20% of the transaction.

I wanted a ticket for Bear's Den in The Royal Albert Hall - I had the impression that I couldn't get a ticket, but I was really happily surprised that I got a link from Eventim, and you know what - I could even choose my own seat EVERYWHERE. Thank you veey much - very grateful A minor point ... Booking fee £.6.25 Processing fee £.1.50 Delivery transaction cost £.2.50 Thats more than ten pounds = 20 % on top of the ticket price.
