Very easy to book and no inflated ticket prices :-) Tickets to print off straight away ...... very simple procedure.

Eventim wont let me transfer my tickets without going through their 'Fansale' so they can make extra commission. This is outrageous!! I should be able to send and do what I like with these tickets! I bought them at full price and fairly.

Easy and smooth purchase

The show is cancelled without reason while Eventim is not giving full refund (They took the booking fee and transaction fee) since, as they've always response to those 1-star ratings "it's written in the guidelines." It's around 9% lost to me, not large number but imagine they're receiving multiple times from all the tickets without doing the show. I understand I can't ask for anything in this case so what I can do is to tell people avoid using service through them. Make sure the show you intent to go is worth trusting. (Mine was some ad on social media so actually I'm feeling suspicious now.) P.S. The cancellation notice through e-mail wrote the name of the concert incorrectly too. Not professional.
