The sign up process was very easy. Our Account Manager (Aiken) was fantastic. If there was ever an issue or query he didn't have an immediate answer to, he would let us know without delay and keep us posted as soon as he had answers. We never had to chase him up for answers. We felt like he genuinely cared about our personal needs; that he was on our side, working for our good benefit. In fact, we felt like he even exceeded your expectations! We had a few issues after the sale that Aiken dealt with at NO EXTRA COST. Now, that is certainly a rarity with solicitors, who are known to extract an additional charge just for replying to an email, let alone dealing with additional issues, after the sale was completed. A truly excellent service and I’m notoriously difficult to appease - I sold two property’s last year and the biggest stumbling block was poor response from the conveyance team - not so here - Chirag was available out of office standard times and emails were sent and replied to in a extremely swift fashion - do not hesitate to use this team as they are just very good at what they do.
