Reliable and Worth The Money

Happy to have chosen them for my first time buy - the online dashboard was incredibly helpful and the phone help service was genuinely the best I've ever received from any company. The only season I can't give a full five stars is that things did a little stressful towards the endgame where I can believe the service can have been improved (for example, not sending important emails that required lots of actions last thing on Friday, which happened twice). Also while communication was good with me, the estate agents were a bit concerned they hadn't heard from them. Ultimately, the purchase went across the line, so even with some very minor complaints, I'd be happy to recommend them.

Professional and efficient service

Very straightforward and professional service at a competitive price. Sophie was very efficient and attentive throughout the whole process and dealt with each step promptly. The portal was informative very easy to use. Would definitely use the service again.

Online Conveyancing is the way to go!

After hitting difficulties with our initial High Street conveyancer, we decided to switch to Brevis - it was the best decision we could have made. The website is slick and each stage of the process is broken up into easy to digest modules. Everything is explained in a nice concise and informative way - and, if you do have any questions, an advisor is onhand to put your mind at ease. Sophie dealt with our journey from start to finish and she was absolutely amazing. I never actually spoke to Sophie over the phone as there was absolutely no need - she kept me informed every step of the way and if I did chase an update, she was right on top of it. I really can't praise her enough - she took all the stress out of the process. Shout out to Armina too - she filled in for Sophie on a couple of occasions and was equally as professional and helpful. Thank you Brevis!

We want to say a big thank you to Sameena and the team at Brevis who helped us purchase our first home. We had lots of questions throughout the whole process, but Sameena made sure that we were updated at every stage, she answered all questions we had quickly and was always available to speak on the phone which really reassured us the whole way through the process. The dashboard was also great tool to see where we are in the process and what was needed from us at each stage. We would definitely recommend Brevis.

Great for first time sellers

We were first time sellers and didn’t really know what we were doing! Brevis service was great for this as everything is done online from a hub that gives you a clear pathway to the stages of selling. E-mail and phone enquiries are helpful and informative and mean that you never feel overwhelmed by the process. Excellent value for money, and the costs are broken down clearly at the beginning of the process

Excellent experience start to finish.

Excellent experience from start to finish with Sophie at Brevis. We were guided through the sale of ours and the purchase of a listed house (with the complication of pulling out of our first choice house and having to rent for a few months so the whole process took six months). Excellent communication and advice throughout.

Polite, Professional Service

Completion time took about 4 months from March to July. Khiah - my case handler - was very professional and friendly, and always responded to emails within 24hrs. When I called to request updates or clarifications if Khiah was busy there was always someone available to deal with my queries appropriately. The people are polite and professional. I would use their services again.
