From the initial quote 30% cheaper than traditional solicitors, agreeing to use Brevis, the Know Your Customer process through to completion of my sale the online process was seamless. Throughout I was kept informed of progress either through the online portal or email and calls. Very efficient and speedy in processing documents. The same day I notified of an accepted offer all documents were issued to the purchasers solicitor and estate agent, with contracts exchanged the same day I returned the wet ink copy.
