Very good service from The LED Specialist. The prices for their Philips LED Bulbs are very competitive and each one that I have needed has been in stock. Delivery is quick and my deliveries have used Royal Mail which is, in my opinion, trustworthy and I know what time of day the delivery will be made. On my first order, I made a mistake and had to return some of the bulbs. There wasn't a problem in making returns but the process at their end needs to be a little more slick as I had to chase them once. Overall, very good service and I will shop with this company again as and when I need some more bulbs.

I cannot thank Matthew from The LED Specialist enough for his knowledge and outstanding service. I purchased expensive designer lights for an interior design client and had many unfruitful attempts to buy the correct lightbulbs in time for an electrician to hang them. The information available with the lights and from a number of sources was confusing and conflicting. I purchased 2 sets of lightbulbs having been assured they were the ones needed to find that was not the case. In desperation with only 30 minutes to spare before close of business, Matthew gave me the advice I needed and the lightbulbs were on their way to me via special delivery and they arrived on site in time for the electrician at 8.30 this morning. Not only did this save the project on various levels, the lightbulbs cost approximately 25% of the ones I was advised to buy! The LED Specialist is the place to look for advice in what is clearly a very confusing marketplace!

LED Specialist were the only retailer I found online to supply genuine Philips 8W MR16 warm white spotlights at a reasonable cost. It was easy to order some and they were delivered quickly and undamaged. I now have two bathroom lights that operate at lower wattage and produce much less heat than before, making them safer. Just what I needed!
