Today I purchased 8 new bulbs for the home .... it doesn't sound like much but they cost close to $50 per bulb so it's not a small decision. I'd spoken with Matt on the phone and he'd been really helpful then but when I went in in person he took up a notch or two at least. I'd already decided on what I thought I wanted but when Matt offered to show me other bulbs in the same range I said yes. Several times he went back into the stockroom and got more bulbs then he unpacked them and installed them so I could see them working. Well it made a difference as I changed some of my choices. Let me be clear Matt wasn't selling to me he was just providing 1st class customer service to help me make the right decision. At all times Matt was helpful, attentive and genuine. I would recommend The Led Specialist with a moments hesitation and will always go there for my future lighting needs. Thanks Matt

Dishonest and a liar. Should not be in business. Appalling Refused to refund me, then said he had supplied a return label post free which he had not. Deceitful and determined not to refund when sells crap inferior not working light bulbs.

I have bought 3 batches of Philips LED bulbs from the LED Specialist. Always well-packed, impressively quick delivery and at a great price. One bulb failed after 2 weeks- the company were extremely fast in responding to my email and replaced it within days. Excellent service, great communication- very impressed!

Ordered eight of the same bulbs but cited reason for return as them being way bigger than I expected so sent all eight back. Now saying I only sent two back and trying to rip me off. Have had to submit a claim through small claims court to try and recover my money. DO NOT USE this company.
