Items arrived on time and as described. One small problem existed whereby the initial tracking number was wrong and required a call to the Royal Mail to sort out, followed by a call to the supplier. It was then immediately sorted.

I ordered 5 Classic filament Philips LED 11W lamps. Instead we received 5 CorePro Philips LED 11W lamps which were incorrect. I called The Led Specialist and they were very helpful, acknowledged their mistake and sent out the correct lamps by next post. My problem was then that the lamps didn't fit the external light fittings! My mistake! So I had to call them again and see if they did the same style lamp in a small size which they did! The lights are needed for a special birthday party this Saturday so they have kindly sent them on next day delivery at no extra cost! Would highly recommend them for their customer service and polite manner.
