Straightforward, easy and good people to deal with. Initially the lamps we wanted were out of stock so they immediately offered an alternative, just as good. They arrived promptly and we were grateful for their advice.

The first Led package I ordered arrived not just broken but crushed. The replacement came without a quibble the following day. It was better packaged and the stiff longitudinal cardboard ribs provided very good additional protection. Both now installed and working well! I've just ordered 2X 5ft LED tubes. Anthony Kaye

We purchase the Osram 8W MR16 dimmable lamps, which are really impressive. It was easy to order them on-line, they arrived the next day and were well packaged.

Absolutely great in all ways, for example I found that I had incorrectly chosen the wrong LED. No problems from LED Specialist, they sent the replacements, and picked up the incorrect from me. I could not be more impressed, and have told friends and relatives about the exceptional service.

Ordering was fine, LED lamps are excellent and good customer service.
