Exactly what I ordered, on time, and no problems.

One can judge the quality of a supplier by how well they respond when things go wrong. In my case the courier failed to deliver. Once this was reported, the staff at the LED Specialist checked, and forwarded, the courier’s records, verified the problem (the courier had lost the parcel) and quickly arranged a replacement delivery via a different courier, and now for next day delivery. The replacement delivery arrived as intended. The ordered light bulbs were well packed and all worked correctly. So, a very efficient resolution of the issue. One can’t ask for more than that.

Ordered these Philips Corepro LED 3.7W R80 replacements, late afternoon arrived 9.00am the next morning, albeit payed a little extra for next day delivery but still excellent service. Very comprehensive web site

Amazing little lights for hall, landings and bedrooms etc. cheap to buy, cheap to run and look great too. Kids love them, so do we. The delivery at standard charge was excellent.

LED strip light to replace fluorescent strip light over bathroom mirror was sent very quickly and works without any problems whatsoever in the original flourescent striplight fitting. Very happy with the service and the item.

Purchased 5 Philips 13.5W bulbs to replace 23W CFL bulbs (for 100W equivalent brightness). These are definitely brighter than the CFL and look better too. Bulbs were well packed and all working. Vey good price for these specific bulbs compared to other suppliers.
