Quick and simple ordering process but due to a) me not paying enough attention and b) an incorrect photo on the Web site (now corrected I am assured) I managed to order the wrong product. The vendor gracefully accepted the mistake, arranged a return and collection from me (three hours ago), and now await my refund.

Due to an error on my part, I ordered the wrong size bulbs. Upon telephoning the company to explain my mistake, they immediately despatched the correct bulbs and I returned the wrong ones back to them. I have since received full credit for the wrong order. Pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable personnel. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

The product I ordered was out of stock, but they phoned me to offer an almost identical equivalent at the same price.

Excellent price, excellent service. Hermes the delivery agent is however using outdated address data base, hence my order going to an incorrect address. Led paperwork clearly showed the correct address but the Hermes computer generated label was incorrect. Hermes get your act together, not the first time.

Your service manager advised a certain led bulb which I then ordered but was then told you were out of stock. Poor stock control. I have now purchased the bulbs from another supplier.
