Website keeps emptying my basket and does not remember settings for inc/ex VAT. That said they have a good range of bulbs that you won't get in many places.

SCAMMERS. Do NOT use this company. Ordered a product, no confirmation was sent. Waited over a week and no communication. Had to contact them myself. Was then told they were listing and selling a product on their website which they didn't actually have. Was told they would rectify it and remove the product from the website – which never got removed. Was promised they would keep in touch and let me know the following week with an update of when they would expect the product in, while still keeping my money, but they never contacted me.
