Ordered Philips Signify CorePro LEDlinear ND 7.5-60W R7S 78mm 840. Initially, they sent the wrong product. After 14 months, we are still waiting for the correct product to be delivered or for them to make a refund. Contacting me by telephone over the New Year Holiday was not appreciated. A good review should be the result of supplying the products in a timely manner and not a plea over the telephone referring to it being a family company etc. I have the same expectations from all companies regardless of their ownership. The bulbs did eventually arrive.
