The Exam app was easy to use once set up…

The Exam app was easy to use once set up, but the pre-emails weren't so good. It was not made clear enough the amount of pre-work required in the appget through set-up and onto the exam. Emails which "SHOUT!" - "You'll need 30 minutes to set up!!" would have been helpful.

Don't book with PeopleCert scammers

Booked SELT B2 English test with them (unfortunately) Few issues with equipment & 1time in connection but real shock was in results of written & spoken test (the only 2 test they could manipulate) They removed 20 of 50 on each so I would have redo all & pay again I followed their scam further & paid 100pounds appeal to see what their "detailed reports" would say about all these lost grades The reports are a joke with no complete details, only some vague words like "using limited grammar","lack detail", mentioning what seems an "example" of 2-3 mistakes like in spoken test "2 bedroom is very good for you" where I was talking about a flat & "I left the Country and trying to apply for another job". They are clearly scammers, I might follow this legally later if I have time, but for sure not booking with them & I will make sure to warn everyone I know about them

Proctor late, terrible customer support

Booked exam, proctor was over an hour late to turn up, so I unfortunately had to reschedule the exam. Despite the proctor advising I would be able reschedule my exam easily, I am still yet to hear from PeopleCert. I've now emailed their customer service team 3 times with no response - the exam was meant to be 11 days ago.
