Exam booking and sitting system/platform is modern. There should be more easily accessible information with regards to exam conditions/system requirements prior to booking/sitting so this doesn’t have to be so searched for. The proctor was was polite, friendly and very discreet. Overall good (considering it’s an exam)!

´Warum so kompliziert....
Was bei Euch schiefläuft weiß ich nicht. Eure Fragenstellungen bei der Prüfung haben nichts, aber auch nichts mit dem Buch, oder den Musterprüfungen zu tun. Viel Geld wird verlangt, wenig wird dem Schüler beigebracht und trotz vieles Lernens und dem 2. Versuch mit 55 % durchgefallen bei der Prince2 Practioner. Ich würde Prince2 nie und niemand empfehlen diese abzulegen. Sorry! Weit weg von der Realität, was Ihr da verlangt. Oder vlt. verstehe ich und viele andere meiner Kollegen Eure Fragen nicht.

The website is very clear. The exam attendants are very nice and helpful. Also a check went through the support because the button did not work. The exam itself was good, only translating into German has to be looked at again. But otherwise it was great

Pre exam support
Pre exam my live proctor put me at ease. He assurred me that many other candidates globally were taking the same exam and People Cert were there for me. I am sure this assurance supported me to pass my exam.

Disappointed & Frustrated
Had a scheduled 1 hour exam at 10:30 in December. Logged in via the web based platform (As a Civil Servant I cant load the exam shield software onto my laptop). Started on time and the proctor was very pleasant and efficient. However, 25 minutes into the exam the proctor disappeared, as did all my exam questions and answers. I was locked out of the platform, and was getting zero communication from the proctor. Why take our mobile phone numbers to contact us in the event of technical issues, if you're not going to use them?! My internet connection was 100% reliable, as I had used a LAN cable to avoid WiFi dropping out. Eventually I got in touch with someone from PeopleCert via the chat function on the main website. They tried to help and were able to get in touch with the proctor, and eventually advised to log out and re-join the exam, as if starting again. 40-45 minutes later I was able to restart my exam where I left off, but by this time I was quite stressed and unfocused. I continued the exam, but was once again kicked out with only 18 minutes left in the exam. I was able to get back in quicker this time, as I knew what to do, but it didn't prevent further frustration and concern affecting my mindset. Having started the exam again where I left off, I then got kicked out a third time with only 11 minutes to go. By the end of the exam I had spoken to 4 different proctors, as I was also kicked out as my results were generating at the end. I managed to pass the exam, but only by 3%. The repeated interruption and stress as a result, is not a positive environment to successfully complete exams and I'm frankly very frustrated and disappointed in the experience. I have another exam in January which is supposed to last 2.5 hours, so I'm rightly very concerned at how many times I could be kicked out during that exam, based on this experience. The 2 stars is for the proctors, for remaining pleasant and professional, despite my obvious frustrations.
