Site is malfunctioning The site gives too many 404 errors. That's not acceptable for a company that sells ITIL certifications.

Disappointed

I recently took the PRINCE2 course and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. To start with, the tutor lacked depth in knowledge and, given that this was an online course, some of the examples shared didn’t seem relevant or aligned with the course material. While the course itself was okay, the questions—both during the online sessions and the exam—seemed to focus mainly on wordplay, making them confusing and often nonsensical. The online exam process was also a huge letdown. I was surprised to learn I couldn't take the exam at my desk due to a rule about having more than one door in the room. As a result, I had to move to my bedroom and sit on my bed to take the exam. This was uncomfortable and distracting, as I had to lean forward the whole time, which made it hard to concentrate. In my opinion, the exam questions seemed purposely tricky, designed to make participants fail so that PeopleCert can profit more. To be blunt, I feel this course is a bit of a Ponzi scheme. I cannot recommend this course to anyone. If PeopleCert wants to improve, they should focus more on delivering quality content rather than creating difficult, wordy exam questions that seem to exist solely to trip people up.

PeopleCert by far the worst website to get a certification from

Very Unprofessional unlike CompTIA. For CompTIA, you do not need 48+ hours to reschedule an exam. I don't like the layout of the website. CompTIA was way easier to navigate than this one. Still hate the fact for exams if you need to reschedule them within 48 hours you have to pay a fee. CompTIA does not force you to pay a fee.
