The person who guided me the day of the exam (auditor), really made me feel confident and was very kind. I had heard they are very serious and intimidating, but she, was very kind and sweet. Encourage exam auditors to be kind and nice at people who take test. It would be ok if we as not native English speakers, have a copy of the question in our language, I know we have more time, but just a suggestion.
