It was a great experience

The experience was very good in relation to the ITIL content as well as the examination process. What I noticed was an ambiguity regarding the connection of the 4D model to the SVChain, in the training handbook.

The trainer explained the terms and topics very well. All our questions were answered well. I liked the mini quizzes in our training. It helped me a lot when I took the actual exam.

I found the training documents very good. The main subject for test was listed and the examples underline the contents and make it clear. It would be better getting the official book for PRINCE 2 as PDF than reading online. The bookshelf did not work on Mac, so I have to read online or on my phone. There are a lot of misunderstandings in the exam process and guidelines. The proctor and support people were very smart and patient. I have a lot of problems at the beginning of the test because I could not hear the proctor or only broken. I founded the option “setting” too late, in order to change the microphone of the 360’ webcam to the microphone of the laptop for better hearing. It would be helpful getting a chance to make the setting before speaking with the proctor. It will spare time and don’t make the candidate nervous.
