Very simple design and easy to complete the exam.

Positiv: der Kundenservice! Wirklich 24/7 erreichbar, super freundlich und kompetent. Auch der Prüfungsablauf war reibungslos. Alles andere ist leider eine Vollkatastrophe. Der Log-In-Bereich der Website ist völligst unübersichtlich, mit Werbung für weitere Kurse vollgepflastert und es ist eine Odysee, bis man sich erfolgreich seine Materialien, Prüfungsanmeldungen etc. zusammengesammelt hat. Zudem ist die Website extrem langsam. Die größte Frechheit sind aber die unbrauchbaren PRINCE2-Workbooks, die in der deutschen Version so verpixelt sind, dass man mit den Grafiken nicht arbeiten kann. Generell sind die deutschen Übersetzungen grammatikalisch und teilweise auch inhaltlich fehlerhaft. Wirklich krass, wenn man bedenkt, wie viel Geld PeopleCert mit diesen Prüfungen verdient, die man nun ja auch alle 3 Jahre erneut ablegen muss.

Very easy going and accomodating

Everthing is well prepared (first check of computer 24h befor, reminder email on the eve of the exam, exam conditions well explained…). On the exam day, the checker of your exam conditions place and environment I had was very polite and understandable, even if he ruled the conversation and don't give place to useless words. But that's ok. It's serious.

The directions for your website are subpar. Links are broken and don't work like they should. Personally, a redesign of the site would be beneficial.
