Their technical support staff are so helpful, I experienced some technical difficulties during the exam and they gave me time to sort out my issues and communicated with my proctor and I was able to finish my exam.

Trying to sort this exam has been beyond frustrating and stressful and caused the first panic attack in over 10 years. To have to go through three different devices when the 'test' I undertook the day before the exam stated they were fine just isn't acceptable.
